At Virginia Dental Lab, we fully integrate with leading intraoral scanner platforms, allowing for seamless digital case submission. Whether you use 3Shape TRIOS, iTero, Medit, Carestream or another IOS system, we ensure a hassle-free experience for digital workflows.

Digital Scan / Case Submission

Using our secure Customer Portal or one of our trusted IOS partners, you can easily send your digital impressions. We’re compatible with all major intraoral scanners including:

For all manual or back-up email submissions, send files to info@virginiadentallab.com

    1. Log in to your iTero Scanner.

    2. Select “Find a Lab” and search for Saunders Dental Lab (#XXXX).

    3. Connect with us to enable direct case submission.

    4. Select Orthodent Digital when submitting your scan.

    5. Attach the Rx form and review the scan before submission

    1. Log into 3Shape Communicate.

    2. Search for “Saunders Dental Lab” and connect.

    3. Select the case type (Crown & Bridge, Dentures, Ortho, or Implants).

    4. Attach STL files and complete the Rx form.

    5. Submit the case and receive confirmation.
